HISTORY OF A PERSON AND APPLYING THE BECK INVENTORY ( 10 marks)

Steps to complete this project

· Select a person who is not very close to you. This could be a family member, neighbor, friend, or partner with whom you are NOT very intimate. Remember that it is your ABSOLUTE responsibility to apply the principles OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS IN PSYCHOLOGY discussed in class.

· Follow the steps established in a psychological report

· Take the psychological history of the person

· Apply the mental status examination

· Apply Beck’s Inventory

· Make sure you get the consent report (informed consent) from that person (name and signature should be crossed out so s/he is NOT recognized)

· Write the report including your signature, attached the results of the Beck inventory and the inform consent

· Compile all the information in a WORD document.
