For this assignment, you will interview an individual with a disability or a family member of a person with a disability. Write a three page summary that includes the name of the person you interviewed, the date of the interview, the exact questions you asked and a summary of the person’s responses. You do not need to write word for word what the person said (this could take a long time, and interrupt the ‘flow’ of the interview). You are free to voice-record the interview if you’d like (with the person’s permission). Taking notes during the interview will help you to remember the person’s responses when you sit down to write it up.
