You examined some of the site selection criteria in your Discussion and practiced with ordering a timeline in your Quiz in this unit. Now you will put what you have learned to use by responding to a scenario as the Event Planner contracted by an association.

In a PowerPoint presentation (10–12 slides, not including title and reference slides), explain and apply the basic steps involved in planning the following event to include a Timeline and the Site Selection Checklist (Chapter 4). Incorporate the guidelines for program design (Chapter 5).
