Management and Public Service

Public administrators manage every aspect of public service at the federal, state, and local levels. The internal structure and management strategies within a government or and nonprofit organization can significantly impact the delivery of those services. In this Assignment, you consider how management strategies and structure impact public service. For this Assignment, consider how management strategies might impact the quality of public services offered in government and nonprofit organizations.

• Describe two to three managerial strategies that are used in public administration and that impact public service.
• Explain how these managerial strategies impact public service.
