Discuss this five part section

1) For the corporation you identified in Discussion One, describe the components of their Internal Environment

2) Identify their competencies and their competitive advantage

3) Discuss their advertisement over the last decade and if they have made any benchmarks

4) Rate the organizations culture based on the dimensions listed in Table 4-2 (pg. 95) see atachment

5) Based on the Financial Ration Analysis: discuss the three
finance/accounting decisions of the company/organization that you
previously chose, and be sure to give specific examples for each
decision
