Evaluation of the Job Application will assess the appropriateness of the content of your Cover Letter
of your customised résumé/CV/capability statement taking into account the following:
• Does the job application and display of your e-portfolio enthuse the reader?
• Would the reader consider interviewing this person?
• Did the applicant research the job information enough to determine whether the addressee
was male or female? Did they research anything about the organisation sourcing the
employee?
• Was the look and feel of the application and cover letter appropriate and interesting?
• Did the applicant address the requirements of the job and respond appropriately.
