information to answer each section of the prompt. Your term paper
should be a minimum of 10 pages double-spaced. All term papers must be
in Times New Roman/Size 12 Font with 1-Inch Margins. Papers must be

state, and local government. Compare and Contrast Dual Federalism,
Cooperative Federalism, and New Federalism including a description of
the leaders and movements associated with these concepts.

Section 3: Civil Rights

Discuss two civil rights found in the Bill of Rights explaining how
they have changed over time through court or public interpretation.
Explain the Process of Incorporation and the significance of the 14^th Amendment to this concept. Provide an example of the Process of Incorporation.

Section 4: Current Events

Provide an example in the news (from the last year) that is relevant
to a concept discussed in this paper. Give an explanation of why it
relates to the concept. Analyze the source of the news story;
describing any biases the source may have. Include your own thoughts
and opinions on the Current Event.
