Try Something New
Directions: In this section you learned about a variety of different activities. For your assignment this week, you have the opportunity to try a NEW exercise of your choice. This should be something that you have not done before or an activity that you have participated in very few times before. This activity can focus on cardio, strength or flexibility. Examples include, but are not limited to, jogging, tennis, rollerblading, pilates, step aerobics, yoga, or kick boxing.
When completing this assignment, it may help to consider your interests as well as what equipment you have access to.
