Due no later than 11:00 p.m. on Sunday of Unit 11

Objectives [CLO 4, CLO 6, CLO 9]

Upon successful completion of this assignment, students should be able to:

effectively summarize and communicate project information and

develop presentation skills.

Brief Description

Effective communication of project information is crucial in project management. Developing presentation skills is important for everyone, and it is a good way to share information. Each team will be expected to develop presentation slides using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tool for their presentation.

Submission Instructions

The presentations must include a title page with team member information. It is expected that each team will develop a brand and use that brand name instead of the default team number assigned in the course. Summarize the contents of the deliverable in the presentation and NOT the hard documents submitted in the deliverable. Recognize that this part is a presentation and not a report, so you are expected to use simple charts, figures, and/or images that convey the same information that is written in the report in the deliverable document. The presentation will be made in the ONLINE MEETING SPACE.

To ensure effective teamwork, and allow full participation of team members, team members will use the Team Charter as a “team agreement” that specifies the terms of reference within which the team will function. To avoid “social loafing,” members of the team will evaluate each other and themselves on a form to be provided by the Instructor.

Students will therefore be present during the presentation in the ONLINE MEETING SPACE live session. Team member evaluation will be carried out on the prescribed form. Students will evaluate their peers including themselves and marks awarded will be factored in the final marks for each student.

Evaluation and Feedback

See Appendix B for details of Peer Evaluation (Team Member Evaluation).
