Diversity Cases (Cityside Financial and Spencer Owens) – Questions to Prepare for Case Discussion

To facilitate our case discussion in class, please prepare an answer to both questions for each organization. Your analysis for both organizations should fit on a single page. Your answer to the second question will probably be longer than your answer to the first question for each organization. Be succinct. Please read both cases (available on Canvas -> Modules) and submit your answers to these case questions by midnight the day before we discuss them in class (see Canvas for deadline date).
