Nursing Informatics: Research Applications

Since 2013, nursing leaders have been meeting at the University of Minnesota Big Data Science Conference to engage in a national action plan, to ensure nursing data are captured in electronic health records and other information systems, and to ensure that data is available in shareable, comparable formats for clinicians, administrators, researchers, policy makers, and others to improve health outcomes.
