Organizational development may require the intervention of internal or external parties (experts) to help identify problems, gather information, and then bring about the desired change. Changing priorities and new opportunities are sufficient in themselves to indicate the need for an organization to adapt itself in order to continue to serve its members effectively in the coming years. There is also no doubt that the organization has been constantly adapting in the past six decades and that it is able to move forward in this approach through a process of gradual change and improvement over a certain number of years to meet the emerging and different needs. This is precisely the perception of “business as usual”.

thus enabling an organization to achieve the goal. They need These intervention activities are designed to improve the organization?s functioning and enable managers and leaders to better manage their team and organization cultures. These OD interventions are required to address the issues that an organization might be facing ranging from the process, performance, knowledge, skill, will, technology, appraisal, career development, attrition, and top talent retention, and the list can actually be pretty exhaustive.
