For this week’s assignment, interview an HR professional or other company executive in order to gain insights into the HR Planning process.

You can use the following questions as a starting point.  These questions are suggestions ? you will want to add questions of your own as well as follow up questions as your discussion progresses.  It is best to have a face-to-face or telephone conversation with your subject person.  E-mail should only be used if absolutely necessary (or if your interviewee asks to be interviewed that way).
